Tata Consultancy - in hand salary ?
McKinsey & Company McKinsey and BCG consultants: how impactful would the difference between the two firm's flight policies (>90 mins business class for BCG vs >3.5hrs for McK) be to one's experience as a consultant? Do McK folks usually end up getting upgraded anyways as your flight status increases? Do BCG folk feel that the first-class perk provides them with a significantly better travel experience? Would love your thoughts :)

What would be in hand salary?
Hi fishes, in urgent need of your suggestions.
One of my friend is having offer from Oracle Pune for software developer role in Oracle store team. but he does not have clear idea of the role whether it will be operations, support or development work.
Does anyone know what kind of work is there in store team. Also, is it possible to change the project once we get inside?
Urgent suggestions required...
Thanks!

Hi Fishes, I have offers from PwC(risk advisory) and IBM(app development). Thing is that the PwC joining is at Kolkata location but I don't want to go there and stay. There is not much difference between the offers in terms of package(10 & 10.4). Can I ask PwC to provide WFH or change my office location for this? Deloitte EY PwC KPMG

The culture is very office dependent but good thing is that we’re national practice so if you work with someone and never want to repeat that experience, you can avoid them. In general, I would say team are very smart group of people. Work is ok, but I have nothing to compare to. We do back-office and IT DD and PM for integration/ separation. I can try to answer any specific questions you have
Commenting for being in thread
Go for KPMG or EY if you want to work in the Post Merger Integration space. Their practices are more mature and established than the mess we have at DDV
