New to the own-your-own-business journey!

I’m looking for suggestions/tips on where to start with a business idea. For years I’ve been wanting to open my own business (store front). I’m currently attending part time school and have a great full time job with excellent pay; however, as of two weeks ago, I had this feeling that I needed to go after my dream. I’m putting school on hold for now and using the extra time to focus on the business idea.

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.
I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
