What is the best interview slot to request when a company is interviewing multiple people across two days?

I have an interview for my dream job on Thursday. I know I have the ability to do the job, but not the direct experience. Tips?

I was checking my calendar for tomorrow and my job interview had the same color-coding as my work meetings. Thankfully it's actually on my personal, non-coworker facing calendar.

I started a new job 7 months ago. During the interview, nothing was mentioned about having to support our west coast partner and that involved shift time changes. I dread when I have to work this shift. Shouldn’t the hiring manager have disclosed that information during my interview?

Had a final interview with a TBWA agency earlier this week and the recruiter scheduled a call with me later today with an update. Does TBWA ever call candidates with bad news to tell them they didn’t get the job? Or should I be expecting an offer? The job search has beat me up so much that I no longer expect a recruiter call after a final interview to have news with an offer :(
