General practice or specialized center of excellence (CoE)? KPMG Strategy has certain CoEs, one of which I am part of. The TMT general practice hints at wanting to bring me over. What are the pros associated with becoming more of a “generalist”? I’m current in the technology CoE. M level

What should I do in a scenario where I was hired (12+ years) with far less salary than(~20% less) than other members (4+ experience) in team and asked to take 80% of team's responsibilities. I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult.
