When you gotta get out of consulting. Then you do what it takes.
I have a couple of friends at ProServe and they’ve said the culture is better than Big 4. Main thing I hear from them is that it feels more like a start up where they’re still trying to define roles and boundaries and clear performance goals. I think you do either sales/PRD or delivery/execution … which is different than how we do at Deloitte especially for M and above.
^ agree w D1 that it’s start up feel as sooo many things are not formalized. As such you take on a lot is responsibility to help build things outside of your role.
Personally tho I love it here, not toxic, team is awesome, clients have been good to work with. ProServe is still basically consulting tho just FYI, not exactly an industry exit
