Because any meat with eyes can oversee insurance coverage claims.
Call it $85k with insurance defense experience. Not astonishing but you don’t have to Bill.
One thing to point out about in house salaries - they often look lower than they really are, due to things like 401k match and highly subsidized health insurance that associates at many firms lack.
A 120k salary with a healthy 401k match and heavily subsidized health insurance is more like 145k in many law firms.
