We don’t have VPs / we have MDs which is partner level - it carries a requirement for stock ownership, etc. 4 levels of MD with levels within the levels
Accenture Levels (I’m ex-ACN)
1-4 Managing Director, with sub-levels
5 - “Director” - most of the time this person is delivery and doesn’t have MD aspirations
6 - Senior Manager
7 - Manager
8/9 - senior Consultant/ Consultant
10/11 - Analyst
@KPMG1- I’m ex ACN too. When did they add all those extra levels? It used to be Analyst, Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Partner/MD
That's the bpo levels. MC is A/C/M/SM/MD
Above roles are for Accenture Consulting only - different roles exist in other areas such as Strategy, CD&O, etc.
Thanks guys. Really appreciate the help

You guys are missing the Senior Analyst between A and C - this is new within the past 4 years
As well, the Senior Consultant role in between C and M is typically for MBA hires only
I've not heard of the VP role before. I believe the non-MD route role in my practice at least is called Principal / Senior Principal; I've heard of the Director role but have not met anyone with this title so I can't speak to it
I know a couple of Directors in strategy.. don’t know the difference between them and an SM. Prob just pay the ones I know hold a PhD.
Could be a non client service role
Accenture 1
I think VP roles exist in ACN digital. Can anyone confirm?
I don’t think vp exists
Just took a look in our long list of roles that we have internally - nothing under Digital with a VP title. Sorry buddy!
Is step 4 profit? 😂
Sorry A1 think that’s BCG trade secret; let’s not bring down this thread like good old Arthur Anderson
