How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I was offered £85k base excluding the usual
D1: PwC M capped at 68K? Think you got lowballed mate. Got offered 76K salary + extras.
EY offered me 72.5k for M, but that was a year ago. Niche skills + practice. I think it’ll be slightly more now
It was in consulting and for one of the platforms (think SAP, Oracle, Workday etc.)
EY manager starts at 65k base +4.5k car allowance.
Salary comms have not been had. Likely to not change significantly. Bands are not changing based off inflation, they will only change if a market review is conducted.
