Seems reasonable that’s about 2020 billable hours. plus 80 hours trainings and 120 hours PTO puts you at 2220 for the year. About 45 hours per week on average so not too bad
I'm at 40% 😀
850-85%
Lol I meant 80-85 in case my post was confusing
Lol wut this is not standard
0%. I went to industry.
However, when I was a grunt in PA it was 82% for seniors, 75% for managers, and decreased the higher you went up in rank.
Is PTO in that denominator? If so 85-90 I’d more reasonable.
114%
It's over 9000
90% for analysts

1800 hours
True, mines at 107% 😔
I think that is pretty fair.
I’ve been at 98%+ for 6 years.
I haven’t been on a project 1 day out of the last 6 years and take probably at most 5-7 days of pto a year. I make up the additional hours over that.
That’s all while being capped at 40 hours of billable work a week.
Rising Star
We don’t measure utilization rates at Booz, just billable hours targets.
Around 70% which is around what my firm expects.
I am in Rx so we are very volatile. 2020 our average was over 100% and 2021 was about 50
80%
90% is goal Analyst-SC
Pretty sure goal is at 95% as an A same with the Cs in my team
Lol mine has to be 80% or less, I’m on four projects, I just delegate more now

60%
tbh ~50 in which half of the time spent on meetings
Easily 100+ but we don’t track that
90% and they take 3weeks PTO in account
