What resources would you recommend for behavioral interview prep?

I have my HR interview for salary discussion next week with FORD motors, Chennai location. My current CTC is 11LPA and total experience is 6.5yrs. (Java fullstack developer)

Could someone pls suggest how much can I ask? I heard they are paymaster. Can I ask 100 % hike? Is it reasonable?

What sites do you use to apply to jobs? (like LinkedIn, Hiperpool, etc.)

After getting released from my project I joined new project desperately. In interview client as well as D project manager mentioned all the technologies I have previously worked on will be there.
But now after getting whole project idea I think they have lied to me and this is very old legacy system support project.
How should I ask for release without impacting my career.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. I am wanting to start the adoption process. I reached out to pathways to parenthood for information first from my personal email. I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?

I recently moved from litigation to transactional and am struggling to reach billable targets. In litigation it was no problem hitting 1800+ hours but don’t see how I’m going to come anywhere close to that in a transactional role.

I’m mostly sitting around all day waiting for work that doesn’t take long to complete (though at my desk for 10-12 hours/day). Is this normal? Suggestions on how to keep busy other than asking for work and having good work product?

- Wear deodorant / perfume every day (my way, and good girl) and shave off any hair (I did laser but still), as much as possible. Some days, I cannot keep up with shaving (especially if it won’t show)
