What resume templates do you use and recommend? I keep hearing Google’s isn’t ATS friendly

My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
