What roles in sales are in high demand right now? I've developed strong skills in client relationship management and consultative selling, and I've successfully adapted to both remote and in-person environments. I'd love to focus on sales roles that see opportunities for someone with my background to make the biggest impact.

Not to sound pessimistic, but the job market isn't great for anybody right now. I have friends in all different types of sales and they are all struggling to find work right now. I would say in office jobs are a little bit more responsive than fully remote jobs, if you're willing to look for that.

Yeah, I agree with this.

Customer success, enterprise sales, and SaaS sales are really hot right now. Roles in consultative selling, especially in tech or software, offer great opportunities for impact and growth, especially if you excel at managing clients and closing high-value deals in both remote and face-to-face contexts.

hey OP, how’s it going?

My boss in my creative agency threatened to fire me because I, a male, came into work with my nails painted. HR is having a very complicated day today as I found out I could take legal action if he does fire me since we don't have an established dress code that has any guidelines against male nail polish wearing.

I put in my two weeks! But now it's weird here haha. Agencies should ask you to leave and pay you out. This is silly.

I was interviewed for a major tech player in the hospitality industry, had 2 interviews which for the first one the recruiter was late, and didn't confirm the interview while I emaild her to make sure I do have an interview. When she attended she said that there was no point of responding my email as we are meeting anyway. Later on I had 2nd interview with the hiring manager. After 45 minutes she said they will let me know...

2 months later and I am still waiting...

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. Except our generation will just leave amid we’re being mistreated, not complain for 35 years making 50k and 0 advancement.
