I work in BI and I'm looking to pivot into DE so the position at Slalom seems much more enticing. Based on research it seems like Slalom's pay isn't exactly competitive. Is the experience that I gain at Slalom worth it in the long run to gain more $$$?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job.
