What salary would you ask for at an in-house copywriter job with 5 years of experience in NYC?

I have 7+ years of experience, how much salary offer I should expect from TechM.

Apart from offer do we have any other additional benefits in ibm like leave encashment, travel or internet allowance, food card allowance etc.
I also see sign on bonus of 1lk, could you please let me know when and how it will be paid considering working for 1year plus ?
What is the % we can expect for yearly performance bonus which is not part of package and how is it calculated and when it will normally be credited ?

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I’ve recently started work at a very young tech startup. Coming from a big law background, this was a huge change of pace/environment. I’m having a lot of trouble getting used to how unstructured the startup is. It feels like hire ups give a set of instructions then talk as if they don’t remember, or then decided rules A, B, C and D applies without being clear this was the case. Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?
