What will be the in hand salary for 28 lpa fixed, taking 40 percent basic and 1800 pf seperate for both employees and employer contribution and considering all other deduction and also the HRA deduction considering HRA received is 560000 p.a and HRA paid is 47k p.m non metro city. 28 lpa is not including gratuity, so please don't consider it.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
