I am from Deloitte USI, Pune. Can anyone let me know whether Deloitte USI has a professional Cricket team/Club? Would love to be a part of it. I have represented state team (U-19) and national team as well :) Do we have various tournaments too where we can play with other Company teams?
If we don't have any club, then we should create one. I can volunteer in preparing one.
Its good to see that Deloitte focuses a lot on Well-being. So, we can write to higher authorities to have a club!!

I’m trying to transition full time into the Editorial realm, I have some experience, but I’ve had a very hard time getting full time work. I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.

My performance reviews have been stellar, but my manager is starting to look to hire a senior to help me deliver projects as we do lack capacity right now.
