My fiancé got approached for a Sales Executive Role at Instacart. Anyone have any insight into the company, job security, culture etc? They mentioned 100k base, 40-60% variable comp and an undisclosed equity grant. She’s already making 130k in a very secure job, so we are thinking no, but want to do our homework first.

Fertility benefits as part of the health plan
My sister works at a company that offers a HDHP with an HSA where the company reimburses the employees for the full deductible. That seems pretty amazing to me.
Deloitte's well being subsidy is widely appreciated. 1000 reimbursable each year to purchase items from a variety of categories, with new categories added each year. Musical instruments, fitness, mattresses, photography, golf and massage fees, lots of options.

I really appreciate medical plans where in and out of network share a common deductible and out of pocket, not too difficult to get brand name covered when medically necessary (generic does not work) and high limits on things that usually have limits (PT, OT).
Ortho past 25 is nice as well.
We receive 27 days PTO, all federal holidays and our birthdays off paid. We have a 6% 401k match with no vesting period. We also get off a couple hours early on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day as it’s typically slower for us in the summer. Health plans are both PPO and HD/HSA with an FSA option too.
These are the best benefits I’ve ever received in my 15 year career 😅

Anything with a lot of PTO. I'm so tired of running out halfway through the year every year.
Gym/wellness subsidy (but let them pick how to spend it - eg subsidize up to $x/mo) which could be for workout classes, massage, etc. My current company has some gym discount but can only use for those within a “network” which is super limited and not any gym I’m interested in
