What would you guys do? I have an offer for a Director role at KPMG making significantly more than my current comp. It's a lateral role as I'm currently SM, but up for Director promotion at PwC this June and have been promised I'll make it. However for an over $100K bump it seems like even with the promotion I won't get anywhere close to that, I'm pretty underpaid currently clearly and have been with my firm for 4 years. It's obviously a big deal to switch firms and build your network again.

I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
