1. Pick a programming language
2. Learn the basics of programming in that language (variables, conditional statements, loops, object oriented programming concepts, etc)
3. Decide on a project to build and create it!
I wouldn’t get too bogged down on where to start. The most important part is to start :) Once you learn the basics you can let your curiosity and interest direct where to go next. I’m a big fan of project based learning.

Second all.
Also start learning AI related tools and technologies. That’s the new trend without which everyone is getting redundant.
