I’d say 75k to 95k is normal salary for mid.
Yeah, 65k is usually the starting point for mid
Depends on how py works at your agency, and what other benefits you get. At my agency, the jump is 60 as a jr to 80 when you just start as a midlevel but Jrs make overtime and mid-levels don't. Also if there's profit sharing or stock involved, mid-levels might have better access to that
WHAT?!??
Jesus I need to move to where you guys are. I make 70k as a mid (several awards, good relationship with ECDs, etc).
I’m at 70K (in NYC) as a mid as well ☹️

Don’t get frustrated. 70k is not off. Portfolios also play a huge roll on salary increase.
Pro
It does in every level. Not only in the jr level.
I made 65K as a junior AD in NYC and then jumped to 85K as a mid-level AD at my next agency two years later.
I started on 18k. What are your monthly expenses?
Currently make 77k with 2.5 years experience
You’re so cool.
