For me it's an ideal mesh of a creative and technical role. And there's multiple avenues to walk down as a PM, I like that it doesn't pigeonhole me anywhere.
I get to learn … understand the complete picture. I agree that it is an ideal mesh of people, process and technology.
I get to be the Orchestra leader.
Sometimes massive change happens because of my word choice in a meeting. In other words, the way that I frame a problem changes everything.
I get to actually make a change based on our customer feedback, I like to influence & negotiate and build relationships. And, as another poster said, it opens up a lot of other doors for opportunities.
