Either fake ads so it doesn’t look as disastrous as it is, OR, laying off then rehiring at the same position for $15 - $20k less.
Either way, it’s in hospice.

I don’t know how their salaries could possibly get lower. They’re already 30% or more lower than 3 years ago
In a state of perpetual layoffs

Sure but it’s unfair I’m unable to focus on being creative *at all* any more….because we’re a pharma agency improperly staffed with people that don’t know basic pharma requirements. And we don’t have training or references for them.
The work always sucks but it would suck a lot less if I had one single other responsible, knowledgeable adult on my team instead of a bunch of overpaid so-called experts scratching their heads going “uh idk” on routes all day. To be fair, even some of the Pfizer marketing teams don’t know the rules. So it’s truly the blind leading the blind.

What about Colab, is it still a thing? Or was it a failed experiment?
Still a thing. Where they laid off recently. Top heavy need more peons basically .
CoLab is functioning quite well actually. Publicis at the moment is one of the best companies to be working with.
Yeah, that is not true. This place is a shit show they will have you work 9-11 pm everyday. Weekends forget about them, it is madness. You also will not feel appreciated
Colab is a last resort. And then the choice of working there or flipping burgers for what amounts to the same wage after overtime, is a very difficult one to make.
100%! Employees here are making pennies if you tally up the amount of hours worked vs their pay. Its abysmal.
