No. That is a Tier III city chart
Atlanta and Austin are Tier 3 not Tier 1

what defines A, B...
SA1 starts at 95
P5, in a Tier II City it is 95...
p2, what’s a b c d e f ...? i’m going thru the initial hiring process
A, B, C... etc is for if you don’t make an upward move on the cohort, you instead make a lateral move which is a slight raise. Much more common for roles before big promos, ex: SA-M, M-D, D-P.
Where did the chart come from?
Also can anyone clarify. Which cities are considered tier 1, 2, 3? Or where can I find this info?
