Left as A2. 45% bump to advisory.
what kind of advisory?
Left for 35%, promoted after 6 months and that put me at 75% bump from where I left salarywise in public.
25% is probably average
EY3 probably senior financial analyst

I mean, depends what you leave for. But I personally wouldn’t leave for less than 30%
Moved from NY to Philly and still got a 10% bump leaving externally when I was expecting to make a lateral move. I’m barely a A2 lol
Recently got a couple offers that are 50%+ more than what I’m making now

The average base jumps are much lower now after recent raises. Most seniors in HCOL are pushing over 100k these days.
I left as an SM3 and got a 41% bump in base. Raise after 8 months put me 56% above my base
Just base. Director level position at a tech company. I’m in MCOL and was making around 150 pre jump
Left B4 audit for 43% base raise and 30-60% bonus (effectively doubling my deloitte pay)

I got 30% total comp bump.
Also left tax for non tax role, which is priceless.
I got 40%.
Recently got 40% with significantly higher bonus potential
What level where you when you left Big 4?
I'm an M2 in Risk Assurance MCOL. Received 2 industry offers for IA Manager recently and the base comps were 135 and 140. 10% base raise from current
