Dine outside a lot? Amex Gold
Travel a lot? Amex Plat
Entry level points card: CSP
All around points and benefits: CSR
Under travel a lot I'd choose CSR over Amex Plat but it's personal preference
Also look at the benefits. I have both the Amex Plat and CSR
if you have a corporate Amex, you can get a $150 credit to offset the platinum annual fee. Amex platinum also has return protection - so if you buy something and can’t return it for some reason, Amex will refund you up to $300 per item up to an annual limit.
CSR has return protection but it’s more cumbersome to go through.
Both have rental car insurance, but CSR is primary coverage and Amex is secondary (so you have to go through your regular auto insurance first).
Both have airline lounge access, but Amex platinum is better. Both also give silver/gold status automatically for some airlines/hotels.
CSR has a better points earning potential (3x on travel and dining) vs 1x with Amex. You can also earn Amex points with your corporate card (have to turn it on and pay like $50 a year) that will accumulate to your total Amex pool.
Amex offers is a lot better than chase offers.
Overall, I use CSP for travel and food and Amex for everything else. Don’t accumulate as fast using two different cards, but I’m maximizing other benefits so it’s worth it.

The rental car insurance on Chase Sapphire Reserve is amazing. I’ve done it twice and it was super easy. Once was overseas and I had to pay and then get reimbursed, but still such a great benefit!

Venture Rewards from capital one is my go-to points card
I've never been to a country where my amex hasn't worked, but smaller places in any country often do not accept it. If travel is your focus then I'd go with something good with fraud, which is why I prefer Amex. I also carry CSR for those places that don't accept the Amex. Both are impeccable with fraud detection and resolution.
