Is it easy for engineers to become TPMs?

I work at a Financial Institution and have recently been approached about a Director role with my prior company. It’s a great opportunity but I have 2 young kids (Preschool/Elementary ages) and I don’t want to sacrifice time with them for career advancement. I would love to hear from working moms in senior leadership roles to understand if it’s possible to balance both, or is it best to wait a few more years? Not happy currently and looking to move, but unsure of pursuing lateral vs. a promotion

I’m almost 2 years in to my first job out of college and am experiencing my first burn out. Where did my love and passion for my job go? The effects of a toxic manager are really setting in. Please tell me that it gets better if I find a new position! I want that love for my career back.

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Has anyone ever transitioned from account management / customer success in tech sales to PMM? Any advice for pursuing this route?
