What’s the experience level required for the senior consultant level at Deloitte (tech group)?

I'm going to move from non IT profile to IT profile. Basically I'll be applying as front end engineer in new company. Previously I was working in a BPO profile.
Just wanted to ask if I'll be provided training in my initial months as a front end engineer or am I expected to work from the very first day.

The manager just told me my recommendation is not her top pick. I feel frustrated because as much as we talk about the position, I wonder if we are mot aligned on criteria. What do I do? About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.
