What’s the perspective on (civil) engineering consulting firms? Does any one make the jump from a Jacobs/Stantec/WSP into a big 4/MBB? I know most of our work is implementation heavy and industry specific, but it seems like there’s a lot of overlap IMO

Has anyone left healthcare and is now really happy? I’m an MSN, RN with 12 years hospital experience. I’m burned out and tired of making crap pay. I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. It’s a total shift that would really heal my work-life balance, job satisfaction and budget. My only fear is that I would not be using the license and degree that I worked so hard for.
