I have worked in my company, climbing the ladder for 6/7 years now from entry level data entry to my currently non-manager senior analyst role in regulatory compliance (5+ of those specifically in Compliance. I have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). My issue is.. my husband and I want to move our family to a rural area to be closer to family.. *continued in comments.*
