I’m a TPS holder and I have an EAD, I started my job with this and have been working for them for 4 months now. I work at a large nonprofit. TPS and EAD renewal application submitted, and with the new card I’ll be able to work until 2024. I haven’t asked my employer if H1B sponsorships is an option. Is it too early to ask?
