It's not a $100 per down, it's a change in expense reporting. You can do a direct import of any Amex expenses $100 and under w/o a receipt. Some localities will be getting increased per diems, but that's dependent on the city


I did not see this email. Is it for everyone?

Per diem is Accenture wide. The per diem raise is only based on a few cities it seems
