(MBA, 5+ years experience)

My Accounting background is:

3 years GT Audit - manage small team, manage engagements, audit etc

2 years Industry Accounting - manage small team, improve monthly processes, month-end close, reconciliations, generate financial reports, generate budget and forecasts

I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. Would u do the switch back to public (left public just recently)?
