I have 6 YOE in. Net+Angular and got an offer from Legato Health Technologies with 20 LPA Fixed, i joined Infor just 11 months ago with 12LPA Fixed and i will get the hike in August. If i resign now i will not get hike and i am a critical resource in the project, i guess Infor might try to retain me by matching offer. What should i do? Should i resign ASAP and not negotiate with Infor . I have all these doubts because Infor is a product based company.

EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

You don’t owe him anything and he is an asshole for writing that. He reached out to you, not the other way. Forget the emoji, be gracious and buy him a Starbucks gift card.
Case closed.
There's a pretty good chance he's just a nice guy that is happy to help you out in your career. Bring him a this. Thank him again for his help. Move on.
Sorry. FB acting strange, and won't let me edit...
Don't bring him a this. Do bring him a coffee.
And if he grabs your ass when you leave his office, you should definitely report him.
It's just coffee, people. Unless coffee and mentoring means something else nowadays. 😶
Ya’ll are a paranoid bunch! I’ll offer alternative motivation, that’s non-creepy for the paranoid women that think everyone is out to get them. I’m not in my 50’s but I do try to help women in tech as an older man. I get so tired of working with only men. I typically have better conversations with women. The occasional brave woman that enters the field should be encouraged. So I help where I can. That includes women in their 20’s. I was just fighting with my VP arguing for a promotion for an outstanding female, knowing damn well she was a lesbian. Makes perfect sense to me, but continue on with your paranoid delusions.
MDA1 that was actually the topic of my last workshop - careers in IT. I actually had them looked up job postings on the Internet to see salaries (hoping to appeal to the future capitalist pigs 🐷 🤣)
