When does big 4 start recruiting for strategy/management consulting?

Looking for some insight / information on Senior Manager (Experienced Senior Manager) salary range, sign on bonus and API % in Deloitte's M&A/R IT practice... I have 15+ years of consulting experience in Big 4 .... i am based out of Atlanta GA... any inputs would be appreciated?

Anyone know much about Simon-Kucher? I have an offer for SC there for $125k base with all-in TC for the year expected $165-175k. Currently a CO with 3-4 YOE, and considering making the move. I think CO at my firm is the equivalent to SC at B4

Making about $103k base now, so not sure if I should hold out for better

Need serious advice. Been a Digital Strategy consultant for three years, heavy focus on product strategy, research, development. It’s a small but global consultancy (offices in nyc, brasil, colombia). Simple question. Why do Doctors earn so much in a country where access to health services is so difficult ? I don’t mind if they are becoming billionaires. I would just rather have more Doctors paid less. Access is a real issue. If the argument is around better opportunities in the US, this applies to many people, including us.
