Oh the truth...

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

One of the times I tried to get sober, I also only coped by excessively working out to the point of becoming underweight. I eventually relapsed and it took another year for drinking to get out of control. This time, I'm doing it with the help of AA - my life is more balanced. I work out a healthy amount and my mind is calm.

Focus on wellness. That’s what I’m trying to do. I was probably drinking 500+ calories is of bourbon a night so now I’m just trying to find balance.
No. Addiction comes in many shapes and sizes. I think your best bet is to go to a meeting or sit down with a counselor who specializes in this. You will learn a lot - I promise.
I don't drink anymore. I could handle it for the most part and most of my problematic drinking was when I was younger. I quit more recently due to how it makes me feel and the anxiety/depression etc. I will say when I had taken breaks, the first few months of drinking again were always fine, but then the negatives/bad habits always came back. Also, maybe consider addressing the obsessive actions, look into actual OCD, which is something I have

If I take away the alcohol I HAVE to fill the void with something else, and even if that “something else” is generally considered healthy, I will do it in a manner that becomes unhealthy. I tried lots of substitutes and only AA has been a substitute that allows me to have all the other things in a (mostly) balanced way. AA isn’t for everyone but it’s worth a try, especially when it feels like nothing else is working.
This is pretty common for someone to go from one addiction to another. It happens more often then you would think. The most important thing is admitting you have a problem and then getting help for it.
