Are A&M seniors really equivalent to B4 Managers? I am up for promotion this year to M1 and am interested in joining A&M but I’m hesitant as I understand A&M would only bring me on as a senior

What to do when a direct report passive aggressively complains on social media about the company? I’m a second year junior at a boutique firm. There is a male first year (who has been here longer than me bc I lateraled, he is not yet admitted to practice) also on the team. The female senior associate consistently assigns me the “grunt work” of note taking, updating the calendar etc. I wouldn’t have a problem doing this, I expect to a bit, but she always says it’s “the junior on the teams job.” Again, I don’t mind helping, but I’m not the junior on the team!
