I suggest go to local office. This is a good time to network. You never know who you meet could be useful later.
What? Bench time is recharge time. No going to the office with nothing to do. Network through email and appointments. Dropins piss people off.
Remote Monday to Thursday, but do make a point to actually go in on Friday
Have never been on the bench.
WFH. Practice is too widespread there's no one to network with at local office. Send email out asking if colleagues need help.
Home 2 days and office 3. Show face and network as D2 mentioned. But also boring sitting in an office for 8+ hrs a day but try to suck it up for 3 days.
I'd go in for like four hours a day two to three times a week
If I was in an HQ office I'd go in at least 3 days a week. My home office is a satellite with few people from my practice, so I just WFH every day except Friday.
What group/practice are you in that people go to the office? There are people in my group that have never been to their home office besides the first day they started.
New hire (BAP) @EY1
I should say staff 1... I've already been on an engagement so not necessarily "new"
Gotcha. Would make sense for you to go to the office then.
