I also have experience in Batch Scripting for creating small-mid scale monitoring tools as I have experience in L3 Technical Support. Have used MS Office, ServiceNow, etc for reporting.

Advice needed!
I have been a strategy and planning associate for a year and a half (first job out of college), I found that I'm not really cut out for this sector of advertising and would like to get more into the creative area. I've applied to countless copywriting jobs but only get rejections. Does anyone have any advice? Are there other areas I should be looking? I'm getting so discouraged at this point so any feedback would be helpful.
