Hello all, I have an offer from Quantiphi and another famous travel company which is building a technical arm for themselves. Both the companies are offering same compensation. HRs are calling for offer acceptance. I am leaning towards Quantiphi as the culture is well known to me.
But I have to decide soon. Should I accept both the offers and then decline one at the time of joining. I am new to this and find this a little unethical. Can someone help?

What are all the rounds of interviews in Deloitte USI? I had going through Technical and HR. Was expecting there would be some salary discussion during HR round, but wasn't any. Although they took my current CTC structure. I was told Talent team deals with salary and not the manager who contacted the HR round. Can someone please let me know what can I expect further? Hi All,
Looking to make the move from working in industry to big4 and was curious as to what level and pay I might be worth?
I have 10 years experience out of uni, as well as completed CPA and MBA. I have a experience in managing entire finance function of small/medium entities, but most notably solid corporate finance experience/strategy leading refinance exercises, debt raising, hedging/treasury strategy etc…Would be looking for something in deal advisory / M&A / CFO advisory etc….thanks Deloitte EY PwC @

True to an extent but you can make generalisations based on the company’s overarching goals eg:
- D has always been the most focused on top line revenue growth out of its competitors, and less about profitability, sustainability, talent development etc, this is one reason why D’s size doesn’t actually reflect its market position, career opportunities
- D always markets itself as a market leader (above over big 4) both externally and internally, so generally leaders in the firm have egos and chips on their shoulders
KPMG - was good pre down turn. What stood out to me was the partners and directors making the effort to set up time to understand what could be done better to make day to day better and what training we actually wanted. After these convos, would.find down the track them actually trying to implement the changes
