Which brokerage for Roth IRA?!
I am looking to open a Roth IRA account. I currently already have a personal investment account with TD Ameritrade and 401k with Schwab. Leaning towards adding it on to TD, but unsure of possible fees saved at Fidelity or Vanguard being large enough to outweigh the burden of adding one more brokerage to the list. Do all firms share utilization reports for all staff with everyone? I feel like it’s awful for our company culture to share everyone’s stats office-wide. Just breeds anger and bad vibes all around.

AWS vs Cloudflare BDR roles

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
