Which certifications would you recommend pursuing? (Ex: PMP, CCBA, SCRUM.. et al)

I have done oracle analytics work for about 8 years and for last 2 years been working in azure. I am wondering if OAC still worth to pursue. Planning to go back doing oracle analytics cloud . If so anyone hiring?

Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.
Turns out job wasn’t as advertised. Mutual parting of ways 3/22. Due diligence is critical.
Now interviewing a LOT. Some temp work, I still have “it”. I relate to all gens. Willing to mentor AND learn from all. Tech savvy, CTE from day one. Leads?

My employer is based in China, while I am in France. I remotely manage a global sales team, with team members from around the globe. They all work remotely as well.

How did you ramp up into doing actual data science work at your clients?

I am early in my career (3 YOE), but I have a masters degree, cloud data science certs, and strong Tableau/Alteryx experience. However, it seems like a lack of experience doing actual data science client work is what keeps blocking me from landing on data science projects. Any tips?

I am having skills of Analytics but not getting job I know Excel and other tools also Power Bi, Google sheets, Google Data Studio, Python, My Sql in learning.

I feel like I’ve lost myself since joining McK. My whole world has become about work. I love my job but I’m not the same person I started and I feel I don’t connect with my friends and family the way I use to. I’m not sure if I’ve grown, or lost a part of myself. Is this growing up or do I need to make a career change?

Thinking about asking for base of 200, bonus of 25% … reasonable? Unrealistic? Should I ask for more? I hear the market is crazy right now. Please help.

Hey folks - I have an inquiry on my credit for a gym membership I “failed to cancel”. I had previously left this gym as it closed during pandemic, and shifted to a new location. In doing so, I informed the gym I would be leaving. However, I recently checked my credit and saw that my membership had not been cancelled and had been sent to collections (prompting an inquiry and dropping my score).

Have you ever felt uncomfortable treating a patient? I don't feel unsafe, and the patient isn't making me uncomfortable physically or anything, I am just seriously disturbed by the discussions we're having about what they're going through. One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
