OW doesn’t sound like you work at a fairground.
L.E.K is the only correct answer 💪
I love the mindset ahaha
OW. K is sinking - poor pipeline and declining culture
quality and quantity of the projects are going down
It depends on the region and the practice. For FS, definitely OW. Life sciences/health/energy edge OW. Telco are tied. Industrials/Ops/Chemicals/Digitally/O&G/Defense more Kearney. US/ME more Kearney prestige, while APAC and EU (in some countries) is more OW. Pay is generally comparable, and only varies by a few k by region.
Oliver Wyman has a slightly better name (both are considered Tier 2 though so not that different)
Pay was exactly the same 2 years ago - not sure if anything changed (probably not).
Rising Star
Prestige is irrelevant.
Solid experience and pay is all that matters.

i’d take OW over Kearney these days. frankly over most T2s.
Kearney is not even close to the MBBO space
I appreciate how Kearney liked my message. 😁
Both good
I don’t think it matters they are kinda synonymous in my book. Whoever pays more
Nobody cares except people who work at either.
Or recruiters hiring from both. So, yes, if I’m asking the question is because it matters
Whoever offers me more money
What’s the comp like at both
Who cares
