Unless someone has actually worked at all 4 nobody can really say. But more depends on the office and your team rather then the firm.
A guy I used to work with had 5 of them with Andersen
Generally all the same. I think EY has the reputation for the worst culture.
Tone death leadership, I agree. But I was referring to people you interact with daily.

I haven’t worked for them all, but i have interviewed with them all. Definitely got bad vibes from EY.
entirely depends on office/team. some will be better in some cities and service lines than others
Pretty much people think it’s whichever ones they haven’t worked at or don’t work at lol.

Big 4 do not have a homogeneous culture. NYC is different from Bay area, which is different from Midwest.
It’s not like a Starbucks where all the coffee tastes the same.

I work on a good team and have a good work balance so for me it is not kpmg. But I haven’t worked at any others so not sure how I, or frankly anyone could conclude on this
