I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. I know it will initially be a step back in comp but is it at all realistic for a person with certificate level experience in data analysis but a decent marketing management background to expect $150-200k comp or is that mostly for degreed candidates (or not realistic at all)? Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.

Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. I could sense the manager had no intentions to hire me permanently

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction. I don’t want to waste time (colleagues mentioned it doesn’t get much better from here). Do I embrace the suck or look for other opportunities?
