Which organizations right now are offering the flexibility of Permanent Work from home ?

Any writers here working remotely full time? If so, how’d you manage to swing that? And is it hard to be a remote writer in pharma?

What is McK London WFH policy now? Is it still work from home any number of days of the week you want and project allow or have to go in a couple of times a week?

My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

How many hours a week do you actually work. Sitting in front of a screen working? Also. Are you remote, hybrid of 5 days a week in office. Just gauging other peoples lives ahaha

Do people that are fully remote in big four go travel while still working? If so how do you manage this

Which companies & roles pay very well, hybrid work approach, and allowed unlimited pto?

Current situation: company A- was hired as a specialist and proved my worth to become a category manager but ended up on the low end of the salary range because of my lack of experience. Have voice my concern about my pay several times to my director, with no action in return.
Company B - Recruiter on LinkedIn approached me regarding a position open at an out of state healthcare facility for the same thing I do now, I would be working remotely where I currently am today. Cont in comments..

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? 1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)
