PwC does RWB. 3% for associates +1% every level.
SM gets 6%. It's straight retirement money that fully vests after 5 years.
None of them have a defined benefit pension. EY was the last standing.
Right- there is no defined benefit, just an annual defined CONTRIBUTION.

I stand corrected. It’s basically an annuity. You get 2.5% or so depending on age and years of service, then it earn 4% interest. You get a choice of how you want to take it at retirement, which could be annuity, cash, etc.
So yes, better than nothing.

@OP- this has not been formally communicated
K2 - just upping 401k, to some level higher than previously. Think higher match than original match (but I highly doubt it comes anywhere close making up for losing future pension contributions)

EY5 are how low have you been with EY. I assume you are a PPMD?
Almost all of the top 10 offer some form - usually profit sharing in the form of 3-4% of base contributed on top of whatever their match is.
