Why aren’t there many ex MBB folks at Salesforce in the US?

Got a MBB offer as a lateral. End goal is FAANG. Friends at MBB say placements out of their firms into FAANG is as rare as anywhere else. Truth to that statement? Don’t think it’s worth the reset if it’s still nearly impossible either way…TIA

Junior partner at a specialist boutique consulting firm (compete w/ MBB primarily in our verticals) with prior experience in PE on both deals and ops side, and corp dev. My career here is pretty stable and money is good enough without killing myself (500k+ cash) but I miss being an investor vs an advisor. Is there any path back to GE/PE at this stage? My gut says no unless it's a firm where I have a client relationship and I get lucky but hard to broach the subject given dynamics. Any advice?

Hi. I'm currently in EY, YOE 9.5, CCTC 14 LPA fixed.. working on an offer from SocGen for 24 LPA.. should I ask more? What is the standard fixed CTC for 10 YOE at SocGen? Process Transformation Consulting.. Does SocGen provide joining bonus? I'm going to forfeit roughly 3.5 lacs worth of bonus this year to move.. need to know whether I can ask for JB. What is the standard variable pay at SocGen? Is it 25%? Or 8.3%? Permanent WFH options available? If so, are they mentioned in the offer letter

How hard is it to get a tech cofounder? I want to change the way the world lends when crypto is used as collateral. MVP involves building out api end points, building a portal and decision engine. No front end apps or web portals. I have a deck and have had meaningful conversations with money but it’s too expensive to buy everything from scratch to get started. Perhaps an outside team commercializing and scaling a prototype will be much more economical. Feedback?
