Has anyone sold at IQVIA? What’s comp like?
Hey folks
I got a call from TCS to interview for a new unit formed within org with the name of Business Transformation Group as per new org restructuring. Anyone from TCS who can help to understand more about this?
Does it cater to only niche technologies or how does this actually function?

Is this a serious question?
Because it takes actual talent to be a Product Manager at any of the FANG firms
Also the rigorous interview process, which leads to working with the best (HYPS,ex MBB, ex PE, Ex IBD, etc(
Accenture, is that a grocery store?
Because they're not making PPT. Also because they already have a significant portfolio under their belt like some app they were working on.
Let’s complain about not making enough money when we actually do make a good amount of money!
Also it’s all about perspective. Most b4 accountants work more than consultants and get paid ~30% less at the same experience level
Can confirm that *total comp* at FANG for those positions are on par with SM. Source: left ACN for one of these companies and never looking back.
Please stop that’s not correct. Anyone has enough data to compare salaries between amazon and Accenture. Amazon is stingy AF. Product Manager en par with SR. Manager at Accenture... please give a break. Anyone reads the job descriptions these days..?
Product Managers at FANG companies require technical knowledge (I.e. mathematics or engineering backgrounds) which, like it or not, will nearly always start out a few years of salary ahead of business or liberal arts majors. A2 is spot on.
Product manager roles at some of these tech companies are a pure joke. Run queries, manage no people, and have no real impact. Engineer with experience doing that.
Why do we always need to compare ourselves to others?

H1Bs lower salaries.
Where did you find the data to back up that assertion? Tbh doesn’t seem accurate
Op so all of us should just quit and go to a FANG company since we don’t make enough money
On the technology end you have college grads starting at 140+ all in instead of 65-80 and working to 140 in 6-8 years just pointing this out I think it is a discussion point for sure.
Acronyms! People, puleeese!
Well let’s be more realistic and say manager instead of senior manager, just saying that if you are on the technology route it doesn’t make a lot of sense given that it is a 6 year process to get to that level.
Acn 5: Care to share total comp? Thx!
Thanks!
Same. Can confirm accenture pays peanuts. Left for tech and never look back once. Annual TC + 100K within 1.5 years.
