Margins & scalability of products sold

FS actually pays very well compared to other sectors. Margins in FS are in double digits versus manufacturing you’re at 3-4% at best. But if you’re in operations then of course you’re not going to be paid the money — you have to be revenue generating (IB, sales & trading, FA)
Tech is a tool for FinServ while 'tech' itself is a product for tech companies.
G1 has it.
Tech operates at 30%+ net profit margin. We scale to tens of millions to billions of users quickly
Yep, its not tax policy thats driving this wealth gap so much as how fast technologies can drive scale and growth.
The pay is still good when compared to other areas, and fin tends to provide job stability. I wouldn't say it's all negative on that side.
