Does Honeywell usually provide feedback to the interviewee while sending feedback to the HR?

I had an interview with Honeywell Aerospace Division last Monday and the interview was pretty good.
Just curious as it is already been 5 days now.
Or is it usual number of days that they take to callback?

Should I be reaching out to recruiters and hiring managers after applying to jobs? I've mostly been applying through LinkedIn, so finding the right person isn't hard. I'm just afraid of coming across as obnoxious!

My YOE is 7 Years and Already holding offers for around 35 LPA Fixed.
Two questions?
1) Should I accept IN3 level with 7YOE?
2) What is the Capped compensation for IN3 Role?
Salary negotiation is yet to happen.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.

So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23.
